How do I pay for services?
Do you take insurance?
Brighter Side Therapy Services offers therapy in both Minnesota and Illinois; However, due to insurance policies, we are only considered in network for specific insurance carriers in Illinois.
Illinois clients who have BCBS PPO, Aetna PPO, or United Health Care/Optum PPO can use their insurance benefits.
Minnesota clients can submit for out of network benefits. Superbills are provided upon request.
Clients in both Minnesota and Illinois can use HSA or FSA cards to pay for psychological services.
How do I know what my ‘out of network’ benefits are?
In order to find out your out of network benefits, call the number on the back of your insurance card. Make sure to ask about Behavioral Health and ‘in-person’ vs. ‘telehealth’.
